To book your stay please contact the office on 01570 470785 / [email protected] and let us know your voucher number, dates you would like to stay and which hotel you would like to stay at and we will confirm your booking. Alternatively you can contact your chosen hotel directly to make the booking. All gift vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for 24 months from date of purchase. Unfortunately this period cannot be extended. If you are having difficulty using your voucher before please contact the Rarebits Collection office before the voucher expires. No change will be given on these vouchers so please make sure you enjoy it all. On receipt of your confirmed order your vouchers will be processed and should arrive at your chosen destination in 2 to 3 working days or immediately via email.
